Harborwright, LLC is committed to making harborwright.com accessible to people with disabilities. We design and maintain our Site to be usable by the widest possible audience, in line with the standards described below.
Conformance Status
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 AA defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.
Compatible Technologies
The Site is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Current versions of major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
- Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Operating-system accessibility features (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
Measures We Take
Harborwright includes accessibility in its design and development process. We review the Site for accessibility issues, train our team in accessible content practices, and incorporate feedback from users.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Common reasons include third-party content that we do not control, complex data visualizations that may require alternative descriptions, and older content that predates our current standards. We are actively working to address these limitations.
Alternative Access
If you cannot access content on the Site, contact us and we will provide the information in an alternative format (PDF, plain text, voice, etc.) at no cost.
Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need an accommodation, please contact us:
- Email: info@harborwright.com
- Subject line: “Accessibility Request”
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Enforcement and Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, or with a comparable agency in your jurisdiction.
